He naturally sees the larger architecture capable of connecting people with what can help them live more intentionally. Luke also arrives here through lived experience — a deeper spiritual inquiry beginning around 2008, a period of significant illness in 2021, and years of international exploration across Eastern and Western approaches, plant-medicine experiences, psychology, trauma, breathwork, yoga, meditation, nature and community. His journey moved from how do I optimize myself toward how do I steward my life. The credibility comes from practice, not perfection.

Nicholas founded and leads the Transformational Epicenter — the deeper human-transformation layer. He naturally centers on the person moving through transformation — their pain, readiness, healing, experience, integration and the environment required to hold that journey responsibly. Nicholas arrives here through his own lived journey through mental health challenges, addiction, insomnia, suffering, burnout, identity collapse, and then through surrender, healing, transformation, remembrance and purpose. His story became Pain Into Purpose. His lived experience became the human context for Transform.

The vision did not begin as an org chart.
It emerged from two lives.
Both men were forged through life. Both came to recognize the influence of childhood experiences, family patterns, generational trauma, conditioning, culture, systems, success, failure, relationships, pain, identity, purpose and inherited definitions of what life was supposed to be. Both underwent meaningful processes of questioning, healing, transformation, remembrance and reorientation. Different stories. Recognizable human patterns.
2015 — TWO VISIONS
LUKE — 2015
VIBEUP had evolved into a wellness festival and community expression. Luke saw the power of connection, wellness, community and intentional experience.
NICHOLAS — 2015
Nicholas experienced his early vision of the Transformational Epicenter — a place for healing, transformation, human potential and deeper experience.
They did not yet know one another. Two different men were beginning to see different parts of a similar future.
2022 — THE PATHS CROSS
Seven years later, Luke and Nicholas met through a regenerative real-estate project in Central America. The project ultimately did not come to fruition. But it's purpose was meant to reveal something else: the partnership itself.
TWO STORIES BECOME TWO MAJOR EXPRESSIONS
Nicholas: Nicholas’s lived journey became Pain Into Purpose and helped give form to Transform.
Luke: Luke’s lived journey became VIBEUP and helped give form to Stewardship and the Connect → Transform → Live platform vision.

The family-owned story movement and human invitation. The Courchesne family’s story is the first story shared — the spark. It tells the truth, shares that first story, creates recognition, creates hope, invites conversation, creates movement, and opens a place for other families and couples to share their own journey from pain into purpose through interviews, content, and video. It is a place for human and family experience to be recognized, held, and supported — and for those seeking support, connection, or transformation to be received. PIP is not VIBEUP. VIBEUP does not own the family story. PIP can have its digital community experience inside VIBEUP.

Platforms create places for invitations to become relationships. Pain Into Purpose creates the invitation — beginning with one family, then holding many. Pain Into Purpose earns by sharing in the value created when the people it gathers move onward into the wider ecosystem — Connect or Transform. Professional services for the ongoing work of building and stewarding PIP are separate from referral economics. Aligned relationships and referral terms are defined separately.
