The Role

Luke, in service of Nicholas and Nancy — their healing, their vision, their becoming.

This is not a typical engagement. Luke Jensen — founder of CREOVISIO — is here in service of Nicholas and Nancy: their evolution, their healing, the life they are intentionally stepping into together. Nancy's ever-present support of Nicholas through this process — her guidance, her leadership, her intuition — is as central to this work as anything else. The work follows their pace. Nothing is rushed or forced.

Nicholas and Nancy lead. Luke holds the strategy and builds the infrastructure. Nancy's continued guidance and input shapes every step — her discernment of what feels right, what needs to shift, and what comes next is woven into every decision. The weekly check-in comes first — to honor the feeling of what's needed, and to acknowledge what feels ready to bring forward.

Embodiment is the most important step. Now, and for as long as it needs to be.

And Nancy's ever-supportive presence, holding the container for his becoming while offering her own leadership and discernment, is inseparable from it. The intentional living, the slowness, the depth of daily practice: these are the foundation everything is built upon.

Each week begins with a check-in: honoring the feeling of what's needed, and creatively acknowledging what feels ready to implement. Luke holds the operational and strategic container so Nicholas can lead from his truth — and so Nancy's guidance can continue to flow in naturally, as it needs to.

Arrangement Structure

Retainer — Transparent & Aligned

Compensation is structured phase by phase. Phase 1 payment covers Luke's foundation work. Phase 2 payment — and all work therein — only commences once Nicholas and Nancy approve.

Phase 1 — Foundation Engagement

50 / 50 Split

Phase 1 covers Luke's full foundation build. The monthly retainer is split 50/50 — 50% to CREOVISIO (Luke Jensen) to fund all Phase 1 deliverables, 50% returned to the Pain Into Purpose founders.

Phase 2 — Ongoing Management

50 / 50 Split

Phase 2 commences only once Nicholas and Nancy approve. 50% of the monthly retainer goes to CREOVISIO for continued strategy, execution, and leadership. 50% is returned to the Pain Into Purpose founders for previous promissory note to VIBEUP.

Terms

●Payments are cash, monthly, at the start of each phase.
●Phase 1 engagement begins immediately upon signing. Phase 2 — and all subsequent phases — commence only upon written approval from Nicholas and Nancy.
●30-day termination right on either side at any phase boundary.
●Phase 1: 50% to CREOVISIO for foundation work / 50% returned to Pain Into Purpose founders (prior VIBEUP note).
●Phase 2 and beyond: 50% to CREOVISIO / 50% returned to Pain Into Purpose founders (prior VIBEUP note).
●Retainer covers Luke's time, strategy, and coordination. Media team, software, and operational costs are scoped separately.
●Any additional projects or partnerships will be agreed in separate agreements.
