01 — THE AGREEMENT

TWO PROJECTS. ONE FOUNDER-FAMILY PARTNERSHIP.

PAIN INTO PURPOSE

$5,000/ MONTH

CURRENT FAMILY CASH INVESTMENT

Build the Phase I foundation for the movement, content engine, referral pathway and connection into VIBEUP Transform.

PEARL GLAM

$2,500/ MONTH

CURRENT FAMILY CASH INVESTMENT

Build the Phase I brand, digital presence, content system and early commercial foundation.

These are reduced Founder-family investments, not CREOVISIO's normal commercial project value.

Both projects receive shared Luke + Nicholas Founder Stewardship.

Nicholas is presently not taking his corresponding Founder allocation as cash because these are NC Family projects.

Luke additionally provides specialized execution that would otherwise require outside professionals.

04 — ECONOMICS

LET THE WORK BEGIN TO FUND THE WORK.

30%

FOUNDER POOL

The PIP allocation recognizes the separately owned family's origination value; the Founder Pool first supports approved CREOVISIO operating costs, project obligations and reserves before any discretionary distribution.

FOUNDER POOL

$5,040

BASELINE CREOVISIO OPERATIONS ≈ $738

POTENTIAL REMAINING POOL ≈ $4,302

At approximately seven illustrative $8K customers, the referral engine begins approaching the level where the Founder Pool can materially offset the $5K monthly PIP family investment while also supporting CREOVISIO infrastructure.

  • CORE OPERATING COSTS — Base44 ≈ $600/mo, GoHighLevel Admin ≈ $100/mo, Google Business ≈ $18/mo, Website Hosting ≈ $20/mo. Baseline ≈ $738/mo.
  • Future approved operating expenses: technology, software, marketing systems, contractors, team members, paid advertising, legal, accounting / tax, development, design, production.
  • PROJECT REIMBURSEMENT — Available Founder Pool cash can be prioritized toward offsetting the $5,000 monthly PIP family cash investment, to the extent agreed and supported by available revenue.
  • COMPANY RESERVE — Luke + Nicholas may mutually determine an appropriate CREOVISIO operating reserve.
  • REMAINING FOUNDER POOL — After approved costs, reimbursements and reserves, any remaining balance may be retained, reinvested, allocated toward another approved project, or distributed between Luke + Nicholas by mutual Founder agreement.
  • Material or new expenses remain subject to Founder approval according to CREOVISIO governance.

VIBEUP REFERRALS

VIBEUP remains a separate platform and may maintain separate referral economics for customers it independently originates. Working terms remain subject to applicable definitive agreements.

05 — WHY IT WORKS

FAMILY ALIGNED

Founder-family pricing keeps early investment responsible.

VALUE RECOGNIZED

Founder Stewardship and specialized contributions remain visible.

PERFORMANCE ALIGNED

Successful activity can increasingly fund continued development.

TRANSPARENT

Services, referrals, expenses and Founder economics are not unnecessarily blended.

THE GOAL IS NOT TO COUNT CONTRIBUTIONS. IT IS TO CREATE ENOUGH CLARITY THAT EVERYONE CAN CONTRIBUTE GENEROUSLY.
