Thrive Media Blueprint

THRIVE MEDIA

A Strategic Collaboration Blueprint

CREOVISIO× Thrive Media

Clarity before momentum — a focused partnership where each party contributes from its real strength.

A Faithful Reflection

Luke, Nicholas, and Eyob,

This is a working overview — a way to frame our strategic relationship before momentum builds.

CREOVISIO and Thrive Media would operate in a strategic, project-based collaboration — not a blanket agreement.

The goal is clarity before momentum: a focused collaboration where each party contributes from its real strength.

Thrive's Philosophy

Most businesses don't need more marketing.

They need clarity around what they're selling, why people should care, and a repeatable system for turning that value into demand.

Optimization

Thrive operates more like an embedded growth partner / Fractional CMO than a traditional agency — coordinating the people and technology required to turn expertise into a system that can scale.

Where Thrive's Strengths Fit

Marketing strategy and market positioning
Offer development and brand story
Customer journey, sales funnel, acquisition, conversion, and optimization
Content, paid media, technology, AI, automation, and sales infrastructure
Fractional-CMO-style strategic support

Who Thrive Works With

AI & Technology

SaaS, AI platforms, emerging technology companies.

Professional & Financial Services

Consultants, agencies, financial advisors, wealth management.

Experts & Personal Brands

Coaches, educators, authors, speakers, established thought leaders.

Health & Wellness

Education, wellness, and specialized retreat businesses.

The Four Phases

We do not build tomorrow until roles have been honored today. Each phase builds from the last.

01

TRUTH

See clearly. CREOVISIO is the 50/50 stewardship studio between Luke and Nicholas. Thrive Media is a selective growth partner — not embedded in every initiative, but invited in where its gifting materially strengthens a project.

02

ORDER

Clarify roles. Each project is assessed independently, and scope, economics, and ownership are negotiated project by project — nothing is automatically bundled or exclusive.

03

BUILD

Build what is ready. The first live opportunity is Pain Into Purpose — a four-month pilot with Zama Healing Center, built and measured in disciplined, performance-based stages.

04

STEWARD

Faithfully steward it. Review the data, decide together whether to renew, and keep exploring where the methodology and the GrowthOS can responsibly extend — Go Weba, VIBEUP, and Founder Stewardship itself.

Phase I

I

TRUTH

See clearly. CREOVISIO remains the 50/50 creative and stewardship studio between Luke and Nicholas — responsible for the Stewardship OS, methodology, and ecosystem architecture. Eyob and Thrive Media become an extended strategic growth partner on selected projects, not a partner embedded in everything.

How the Relationship Works

Each project is assessed independently. Nothing is automatically exclusive, assumed, or bundled.

CREOVISIO leads

The stewardship, strategic, methodology, and venture-development layer.

Luke & Nicholas retain clarity

Around their respective and shared roles within CREOVISIO.

Eyob & Thrive enter selectively

Where marketing strategy, positioning, growth systems, and funnel execution can materially strengthen a project.

Each venture stays distinct

Retaining its own ownership, governance, and commercial agreements.

Immediate Opportunities

Pain Into Purpose

Live Discussion

Nicholas and his family's movement and brand. Thrive could support strategic marketing, positioning, offer, story, and the sales/marketing funnel for its pre-launch and growth phase.

Go Weba

Future Conversation

A possible future engagement, if and when CREOVISIO chooses to pursue the opportunity.

VIBEUP

Exploratory

Parallel exploratory discussions can begin now. A formal Thrive role is only defined once VIBEUP is ready to launch its marketing campaign.

Founder Stewardship Possibility

Eyob and the Thrive/EIAB team are also interested in going through the Founder Stewardship Program to understand the Stewardship OS methodology — internally, within its operating culture, in aligned work with the Transformational Epicenter, and potentially through a future license for Thrive leaders to use with select clients. Any such use would need to be clearly defined, protected, and agreed separately.

Phase II

II

ORDER

Protect what matters. Clarify who does what — marketing, strategic stewardship, relationship management, human connection, and clinical care each stay in their own lane.

Public-Facing Positioning

Pain Into Purpose,
in collaboration with
Zama Healing Center.

This is not simply a Zama lead-generation campaign — it is the initial pre-launch and validation of the Pain Into Purpose acquisition and referral model.

Oversees ad-budget decisions and the call to scale, pause, or renew
Supports the management of VCL, interviews, and short films of Nicholas's story for the landing pages

Economics & Ownership

September Build Fee

The $5,000 USD build fee was negotiated personally between Eyob and Nicholas. No additional cash setup payment is due.

Advertising Investment

CREOVISIO invests a minimum of $1,200 USD per month during October, November, and December — separate from Thrive's compensation and subject to CREOVISIO approval.

Monthly Performance Model

In each launch month, if at least one campaign-generated client enrolls and payment is collected, the first $2,500 USD of compensation for that month is payable to Thrive. If not, that month resets — no rollover, no guarantee.

Ownership & Access

CREOVISIO and Nicholas hold administrator access from day one — domain, landing page, ad account, pixel, CRM, and all Pain Into Purpose campaign assets. Thrive retains its own pre-existing methodologies and systems.

Phase IV

IV

STEWARD

Faithfully live it. At the end of December, all parties review the data together and decide whether there is a next phase — with no automatic renewal or ongoing obligation.

What We Are Protecting

Before we build anything, we name what must be protected. Everything else becomes an expression of these.

Personal capacity
Peace
CREOVISIO's stewardship methodology and IP
Each venture's ownership and governance
The Zama clinical relationship and client care
Nicholas's story and human trust
Disciplined, performance-based economics
Decision-making clarity between all parties

Renewal Framework

At the end of the four-month pilot, all parties review the data, economics, and strategic alignment. If everyone chooses to renew, the next phase is negotiated separately — a modest monthly retainer plus an agreed percentage of revenue actually received by CREOVISIO and Nicholas. There is no automatic renewal, retainer, or revenue share unless expressly agreed in writing.

The Through-Line

Clarity before momentum.

A focused collaboration in which each party contributes from its real strength, without overextending Thrive across too many projects or blurring ownership, responsibilities, or decision-making.

Action Items

What needs to happen next — and who owns it.

Prioritized tasks across truth, order, and build — assigned to the party responsible for moving each one forward.
