Phase I
TRUTH
See clearly.
Truth is where we honestly see the whole life. Faith. Marriage. Children. Health. Purpose. Calling. Friendships. Leadership. Everything that shapes who we are becoming — including what may need healing. Truth creates freedom.
Outcome
What was hidden becomes visible. What was vague becomes named. What was heavy becomes available for completion.
Not every founder needs the healing process. But for those who do, truth is where it is first acknowledged — gently, honestly, without shame.

ORDER
Protect what matters.
Once truth has revealed reality, order becomes possible. Priorities, boundaries, rhythm, health, family, and work aligned into one coherent structure. Order protects what matters. For founders who feel called, this includes preparing for and integrating deep transformational experiences.
Outcome
By the end of Order, the founder has a clearer operating rhythm and a six-to-twelve-month stewardship path that can actually be carried.
The preparation before a transformational experience — and the integration after — is a major part of Order. Both are held with the same care.

BUILD
Create what is ready.
Build is where the work becomes visible. But it does not begin from urgency. It begins from alignment — from the person the founder has become through Truth and Order. Build allows meaningful work to emerge. Organizations, families, communities, and movements all emerge from that life.
Outcome
By the end of Build, the founder is no longer carrying scattered ideas. They are stewarding aligned creation.
Build does not rush past healing. It waits for the founder to be ready — and then moves with momentum.
