Phase I
Truth Part One — Our Shared Truth
This is Truth Part One. It belongs equally to Luke and Nicholas. No client. No consultant. No hierarchy. Simply two founders telling the truth about everything that has brought them to this moment.
Truth Part One clears the relationship. Only after discernment to move forward together does Truth Part Two begin — Nicholas' personal truth, solely his.
Why Truth Comes First
Every Founder Stewardship journey begins with Truth.
Not as a chapter. As a first principle.
Truth is not about blame. It is not about proving who was right. It is not about revisiting old wounds.
Truth creates freedom. Truth restores order. Truth allows trust to deepen. Truth allows the future to emerge without carrying yesterday.
We create enough truth that the future can be faithfully stewarded.
Every journey begins here. Ours simply begins with us.
Before We Build Anything Else
Nich,
Over the past four years, we have shared far more than business. We have shared vision. Friendship. Faith. Family. Health. Healing. Disappointment. Hope. Intensity. Breakdowns. Breakthroughs. Moments of deep alignment. And moments where things became painful, unclear, or incomplete.
None of those moments were wasted. Each one prepared us for this conversation.
This is Truth Part One. A facilitated conversation — not a worksheet. We put everything on the table, not to accuse or defend, but to honestly see what happened, what remains open, what needs completion, and what can now be released.
Truth Part One clears the relationship. Only then does Founder Stewardship begin.
The Architecture
Shared Truth Conversation
Two founders tell the truth about everything that brought them here.
Mutual Discernment
A shared pause to listen before either moves forward.
Founder Stewardship Begins
The relationship intentionally shifts into professional stewardship.
Nicholas' Personal Truth
Nicholas names his own truth, now from a cleared foundation.
Order
The whole ecosystem organized into one coherent structure.
Chapter One
This chapter exists to complete unfinished conversations rather than simply remember them. We move through them together, at the pace of grace.
Four themes. One conversation.
Card Three
Building a company required enormous faith, sacrifice, uncertainty, and resilience. Seasons of healing, changing capacity, family priorities, and personal growth affected what each person was able to contribute.
Both realities can be true. The objective is understanding. Not fault.
This conversation deserves its own clarity. Together we acknowledge: its history, its intent, its impact, and its current reality.
Our current understanding is that the existing $50,000 VIBEUP loan continues to be addressed through the previously discussed repayment framework — including future VIBEUP financing, 10% of VIBEUP net revenue, and/or 50% of Pain Into Purpose consulting revenue — subject to confirming that this remains our shared understanding during this Truth conversation.
The purpose today is not renegotiation. The purpose is confirming shared understanding and moving forward with clarity.
Card Five
Three equal voices. Three equal columns. Each person reflects on the same questions.
Chapter Two
Standing In The Present
Before deciding where we are going, we first ask what deserves to remain at the center.
Everything else becomes an expression of these priorities. Each person reflects, in their own voice, on what is actually true right now.
What Matters Most?
What Are We Saying Yes To?
What Are We Saying No To?
Chapter Three
Three pathways. Each one honorable. Only one begins the stewardship. We discern together which is faithful.
No formal engagement.
Mutual encouragement.
Founder Stewardship begins.
Luke intentionally assumes the role of Steward. Nicholas intentionally enters the posture of being stewarded.
Together they begin faithfully living and refining the Founder Stewardship methodology through real life.
Only explored after Founder Stewardship.
Potentially includes: CREOVISIO, TEC, Pain Into Purpose, VIBEUP, future referrals, future shared opportunities.
These remain intentionally separate from today’s Truth conversation.
Mutual Discernment
No decision is required today. Together we ask:
Do we feel lighter?
Do we feel freer?
Has trust increased?
Has clarity increased?
Does Founder Stewardship feel like the faithful next step?
Only if the answer is yes… do we continue.
What Comes Next
Truth Part One has cleared the relationship. If we both feel aligned, Founder Stewardship begins.
Luke's role changes. The friendship remains. The work changes.
Nicholas now enters Truth Part Two — his own personal truth. Solely his.
Truth Part Two
Truth Part Two is solely Nicholas'. No longer shared — personal. His own clearing. His own seeing. The first act of Founder Stewardship.
What Is Actually Unresolved
Nicholas, your Discovery made something clear.
You are not searching for purpose.
Purpose is already present.
Pain Into Purpose is clear. The Transformational Epicenter is clear. Your family calling is clear. Your communion with God is clear.
What remains unresolved is the faithful stewardship of all that purpose.
The work now is to bring truth and order to every open loop, relationship, investment, project, commitment, and structure still carrying weight — so that everything you have been given can move forward without hidden pressure or unresolved energy.
This is not about doing more. It is about making clean what is still unclear. It is about letting truth create peace.
What Remains Open
These are not burdens. They are invitations into truth, order, and peace.
The Landscape
Everything Nicholas carries belongs within one of these areas. Each one needs truth, clarity, and peace.
Once these truths are named, Order can begin protecting what matters most.
Reflection
Truth does not always create agreement. It always creates greater understanding.
Sometimes understanding restores relationships. Sometimes it changes direction.
In every case, truth leaves us freer than pretending.
Before moving forward, sit with these:
What feels true today?
What are you still carrying?
What no longer belongs?
What conversation is waiting?
The Posture
If this phase is done well, we do not need to keep returning to the same wounds. We honor what happened. Learn from it. Clarify what needs clarity. Forgive what is ready. And begin again from a place honest enough to hold the future.
